Miyauchi 90° BR-141 25x141mm APO "Galaxy"
The Miyauchi Galaxy 141 is Miyauchi's flagship product. The only production binocular that offers any competition to the Galaxy 141 is the Fujinon 25x150 EM-SX- but the Fujinon, with mount and tripod, is priced much higher than the Miyauchi. This Galaxy 141 comes with wide-field (66°) 25x and 45x eyepieces- while the Fujinon has non-interchangeable 25x eyepieces. Also features comfortable 90° viewing, an option previously unavailable in the USA. The Miyauchi Galaxy has 141mm 5-element fluorite apochromatic objectives, which show flawless pinpoint stars with no color aberration, even though the binocular has a short f/4.4 focal ratio. Comes complete with all available Miyauchi options including 7x50 correct-image finderscope, fork mount with alt/az slow-motion controls, tripod with crank-up elevator, and BR-141 aluminum-frame carrying case.
