The Oberwerk Green Laser Pointer is great for pointing out night sky objects to others. With 5mW of power, it generates an intensely bright beam that appears to reach to the stars (actual range is about 2 miles). The lens is made of real glass for good beam focus (some inexpensive pointers use a plastic lens). Solid brass construction with matte black finish. Comes with wood case and 2 AAA Alkaline batteries.
